In Case I Won't Be Here Tomorrow.

This is just a post in case I will not be here tomorrow, because tomorrow is Christmas day,  and I'm really sure all you people out there are excited about it.
I'm still rummaging around the pantry looking for canned catfood for my little kitties.
They are expecting a little treat around this time of year. Sure, I could give them eggs with milk for a treat. They like that enough.
I just woke up by a kitty being put on my head, (Rosie, she likes doing that, Princess would tear me to ribbons.) Rosie just lay down and slept until my sister wanted a turn at the cat. I wish I could have Bobbie put on my head in the mornings, he's my favorite cat. He has to stay outside though, and guard the barn making sure things are all up to date. We do have a new cat on the farm, her name is Chelsea. (too many girl cats!) When she came, she was in the chicken pasture, and then she moved to the driveway, wouldn't stop meowing the whole time. I tried to feed her, and she took some warm mash. Thing is, she wouldn't stop meow when she ate the mash, so, wonder what is up with that cat.

I probably WILL be here tomorrow, posting lots of posts, and lots of other writings and boring pictures that I usually do.
Merry Christmas!
Linnette, Bobbie, Rosie, Princess, & Chelsea

All the Kitties of the Rainbow.

This is a poem I wrote called: All the Kitties of the Rainbow, which has a paragraph about each kitty.
The last paragraph tells the title, and such, and it says that we will have a party. So we WILL have a party and each cat will be holding a pie.

All the Kitties of the Rainbow
The Bobbie book is coming soon!
And Bobbie won't howl at the moon,
And Bobbie will eat with a spoon,
So, Bobbie will play around with a raccoon.

Rosie is a funny cat,
And she is getting very fat,
So if her friend wore a hat,
Would she have the courage to sleep on a mat?

Princess likes to eat,
And Princess has some feet,
And you might happen to meet,
The little kitty out on the street.

M.T. likes to grill,
Because he has one dollar bill,
And in the morning the coffee mill,
Is grinding away, so he will happen to spill.

Mertise likes to dance,
And Mertise likes to prance.
And Mertise has stylish pants.
And sometimes, she plays with the ants!

All the kitties of the rainbow,
Flow like butterflies,
And we will have a party,
With ten million pumpkin pies.

Thanks!
Linnette

Saving Rosie

(Continued from The Escape.)         Bobbie was running as fast as his paws could carry him, toward the castle, where they had Rosie in prison.
All over the county, Bobbie had been proclaimed a criminal. If anyone was caught helping Bobbie, they would be put in prison, and that is why Bobbie was saving Rosie, for Rosie had helped him get out of prison a while back.
Anywho, back to Bobbie. I guess we were talking about Bobbie, so we should be getting back to the story.
Bobbie, as we know, was just running as fast as he could, toward the castle. Crawling in some tall grasses, in a position as if he was stalking a mouse, he made it to the side of the castle wall. He inched along the wall, and turned a corner. Surprise for him the guard was right there. They both looked at each other for a long time, but then Bobbie said: "Oh, hi! Are you here to sword-fight? Or are you here to chat for a bit?" In reply, the guard drew his sword. "Okay, then we shall fight." Bobbie drew his sword, and they both started fighting. It must have been fun for Bobbie, for he was smiling and having, well, lots of fun, I suppose. The guard looked very much scared, for Bobbie was winning. Bobbie kept fighting, until the guard suddenly stopped, and ran away. Bobbie stopped too, and trotted away to the door to the castle. He opened the door and ran up the stairs to Rosie's prison cell. He came to the top and found the keys. Bobbie unlocked the door and called in to Rosie. "Miss? Are you here?" Rosie looked up from the book she was reading on her bed. "Bobbie! You came! You save me a lot, don't you?" Bobbie blushed at this remark. "Well, I guess so. Well, we had better get out of here before the guard comes back with more soldiers." Rosie nodded and stood up. They both ran out of the prison cell, which was actually quite nice, if you lived in a card-board box. Then they ran down the hallway, and ran out the door, and jumped into a nice wagon, that Bobbie had told Princess to bring at 3:00. "I was wondering where you went!" Princess said. They both smiled, and they all set off.

                                                                THE END!

I'm dreaming!

"Pinch me, I'm dreaming!" Bobbie stood, looking at a giant can of tuna! "Meow!" Rosie exclaimed as she walked over to look, "I never thought they made them that big!" "Same here!" Bobbie said, walking over to examine it. "Hmmm... I think its real alright!" Rosie laughed then said, "Of course it is, Bobbie! Anyone would know that!" Bobbie thought about that for a minute, then said, "You said that you never thought they made them that big."
Rosie decided to "scamper away" and so she did. Bobbie was left all alone for a bit, until Princess came, and then she said: "Oooh! Oh how I would love to have just a taste if you don't mind!" Bobbie didn't like this idea, so he thought up a plan to make Princess leave.
"Um, Princess! I don't think we know how to open it yet, so I think you can be running along now."
"Will you call me when you open it?" Princess asked.
"Ummm... Yes, yes I will. I will send somebody to get you." Bobbie answered.
"Then I guess I will go lie in a window sill, for the present."
Bobbie filled with relief when Princess left him, for, he really wanted to take a nap himself.
He lay down on the floor, and fell asleep.
He woke to find Rosie staring at him, and saying something. "Bobbie? Did you eat the tuna? Because its gone!" Bobbie sat bolt upright, and said, "What? Its gone!?" Rosie nodded, and looked at the place where the tuna had been, and told Bobbie that when she came, it was gone! "I'm no detective, but I might be able to find it." Bobbie pounced on the place where it had been, but unfortunate for him, he stubbed his toe.
"Ouch! My paw hurts!" Bobbie yelled.
Rosie rushed to his side. "I think I might have some stuff in my purse that will help."
She rifled around, and found a bandage and some other things, that she might need.
She fixed it right up, and Bobbie said it felt better, so they set off.
"It looks like it gone!" Rosie said.
"I know where it went!" Bobbie said. "Princess took it!"
They rushed off to Princess' house, and knocked on the front door.
"Come in! Your just in time for the party!" A voice said from inside.
Rosie and Bobbie went in only to find a dark room.
"SURPRISE!!!!!!"
They found themselves in a decorated room, with a tuna cake on a table.
"W-what is all this for?" Rosie said, very surprised indeed.
"Oh its just a party! Don't you like parties?" Princess said, as she came over to greet them.
"What is the party for?" Bobbie asked.
"Its my birthday of course!" Princess exclaimed.
"Then why is it a surprise for us?" Rosie asked.
"We did that to everybody who came in!" Princess said very happily.
"Who is all here?" Bobbie asked, quite confused.
"Questions, questions. Okay, I'll tell you." Princess said. "There is Molly, Milo, Jake, Abby, Gwen, you, and me!"
"Oh how fun! I just LOVE parties! They make me happy!" Rosie said.
"I hoped you would say that." Princess said, mischievously. "Well! Lets start the party!!"
So they all had a wonderful night, dancing the night away.

TO BE CONTINUED!!!!
